Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

    I would like to eliminate the loading icon that appears at the beginning of the slides. See attachments. These slides are Vimeo videos.

    If you are referring to the play button and the small loading bar in it, that is generated by the video player you are using. Please try to disable the video controls/play button in the video settings/embed code.
