Hi there, I have just purchased and installed the LayerSlider plugin on a staging website I'm working on for a client. Everything seems to work well until I go to view a page with a slider in it on the front end and there I see a blank page with space for the slider and a bunch of errors in the console! Please advise....
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.7.6.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue.
Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any related error messages that could provide more information.
To continue troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
Furthermore, what is the PHP version that you are using currently ?
Thanks Attila, there was in fact a conflict with the theme I was using. I appreciate your assistance with this issue and sorry for bothering you with something that ended up being a problem with my setup.
