hello attila! Thank you for your quick feedback. Today I had the appointment with my client. I have told him that there are still problems here. I also tested the slider at the customer appointment. he has a firefox. there was no video here either. It may be that the video is ONLY to see in safari. As soon as you have a solution, I'm glad about your answer. As you may have seen, I already have 11 licenses of the LayerSlider WP in use for my customers. until now there have NEVER been any problems. best regards max
Thank you for your patience. As we can see you've added the video as a slide image, which is not the correct approach.
If you would like a video to be slide background, you need to add it as a normal video layer and then click the 'Use this video as slide background' button.
We believe that this is causing the problem, and should work if you set it up the above mentioned way.
macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 with Safari 11.1.1. the video in the Slider from demo6.max-online.at is perfect.
Mobile it take a picture - perfect
Microsoft Windows with Microsoft Edge the video is not shown.
Wordpress 4.9.7. with theme ZerifPro 1.8.9.
the video is on the web server. Domain: http://demo6.max-online.at/karate-do.mp4
i have included the video as a slide background with the direct url.
and i have tested with the video link from the Wordpress media folder. no chance
not complicated: video as background and a logo. - ready
mac ok - Windows not shown ... i have no idea?
if i enter the video link direct in edge - the video will play.
when i take a layer for the video - then the video is shown on edge.
but terrible with play/stop and not full width.
what can i do ...?!

some news: Zerifpro has been updated today from 1.8.9. to 1.8.11.
