Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     Hi 

    I have just purchased the template fixed background. 

    When I put it directly on my web site the background image is fixed and I can scroll the page normally.

    I have duplicated the slide and change the background image, but now my background image is not fixed anymore , it move with the rest when scrolling.

    What is wrong?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    The fixed background feature only works with global backgrounds. You cannot use it with individual slide images currently.

    hi

    I do not understand as it works fine when I put the demo slide in one page, with the demo background image. But if I just change with my image in the slide it is not fixed anymore. Where should I put the global background?

    The global background can be set in the Slider Settings -> Appearance tab.
