Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hello,
While developing using your amazing LayerSlider, the main color I've chosen to use is a blue (#18568b). Everything was going smoothly, until I attempted to create an image (with Photoshop) to insert within the slider. I set my background color as #18568b, but it's much different than elements within the slider set to that color. Often times, I'll capture screenshots, pull them into Photoshop to determine/match colors. When a screenshot is pulled into Photoshop, the color changes, matching identical to the color Photoshop gives me for #18568b. I've ensured I'm working in RGB. Why would I be encountering this issue? Any suggestions to resolve, so I don't end up bald from pulling my hair out?
The issue appears within the slider containing "CLEAN UP" (the 8th/9th section from the top of the page).
Thank you in advance for you help with this. BTW ... I love your product.
Hello brettrachford,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Different programs/plugins might end up in a slightly different color scheme output. To work around this you could use the built-in image editor of LayerSlider, or you could also add a 'one color image' as background, that you captured in Photoshop, ensuring that it's the same.
