The Layerslider is simply not showing up on the pages. Just a blank white space where it would be. I've updated everything and tried all the suggestions in Public Tickets for this issue and nothing has worked.
For the moment I have removed the Sliders and replaced with another plugin. I can put one back to show the issue when requested.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Please set up a test page where we can see and investigate this error.
It seems like there is something wrong with the availability of your images or their paths. If you open up the browser console on the test page, you can see a lot of errors related to images not being able to load. This seems to affect the content inside the slider as well. Could you please check on your images, as to what might be preventing them from loading properly ? I also see some HTTPS related errors, we included some tips to our documentation regarding this topic: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#troubleshooting-https
Thank you for your patience. We've discovered two things.
The missing images are originated from Enfold's example sliders. It looks like those images existed in the past, but no longer present, so they don't load and fail with a 404 not found error.
The other thing is the following error:
"Your access to this site has been limited Your access to this service has been temporarily limited. Please try again in a few minutes. (HTTP response code 503) Reason: Exceeded the maximum global requests per minute for crawlers or humans."
This is caused by the Wordfence plugin. But it also might be there because of the countless 404 not found errors, so Wordfence disables them as it believes that a bot tries to call invalid URLs that don't exist.
So all in all, the problem is most likely caused by the missing Enfold images. Please try to access them again, so the images won't be missing and the errors cease.

Hi Atilla

I've added two sliders to that page.
Thanks

I can't see anything wrong with them? They load fine on the website when not using Layerslider.
I added the SSL Secure Content Fixer plugin, but it didn't help.
Thank you for the feedback. My colleagues and I will look into this to see if we can find anything else, and get back to you shortly.
