Good Morning, I purchased the LayerSlider plugin about a month ago. I’ve been having issues with activating it on my site.

Whenever I try to activate it, the button continues to show: “WORKING…” for a very long time – sometimes as long as 2 hours.

    Please, why is this so?

A timely response will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello JoshuaOtuonye,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Problems with the activating method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.

Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

Since the System Status is all green, it's most likely a conflict problem with another item on your installation. Please try to look for any incompatibility problems by temporary disabling other plugins and switching to a default theme.

I deactivated ALL he plugins on my site and tried to install that plugin againm but the problem persists. What else should I do please? I have a close deadline (less than 4 hours) to solve this problem. Please reply.

Hi Attila, Ive been expecting a reply from you since today, but got none. Please tell me what my options are. I need to finish this website ASAP. My purchase number for Kreatura appears not to be working. What should I do? Please respond.

I have a close deadline to finish the website . I need to know what I must do next in order to get your plugin working. Please respond quickly.

Please set up a temporary WP login for us, so we can take a look at this in the back-end.

Hi Attila, is there any hope for my request?

We've investigated this further in your admin and there is a HTTP 400 Bad Request error happening during activation. This is a web server (nginx) configuration issue, related to your host. Most likely there is a filter or limitation set (for example ModSecurity module - Request Body Size limit) that is causing this. Your hosting can look into this more in depth and they have access to change or adjust the necessary server settings to fix it.
