    Hello Andrew,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I have checked your site, but for me the slider is being responsive currently on mobile as well. Both the slider and its content are being resized correctly.

Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?

In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?

    Hi Attila,

Thank you for responding to my query.

If you view this site on a mobile - https://www.datsciawards.ie/ the text in the header image ( home page) is responsive on the phone.

Ours on the other hand, is not. The image is responsive but the text isn't.

I would like to the text to appear like this website on a mobile - https://www.datsciawards.ie/

    Can you help please..

Do you need the log in details?

    Andrew

    Hi Attila,

One other thing - the website ( ball.redcross.ie) is using the responsive feature but when I view it on a labtop, the menu is still a hamburger style menu..

    Can you explain please?

I have checked your site again using both an iOS and Android device on Chrome and Safari, but for me the slider and the text inside it are still responsive. Please see attached screenshots.

In case you need it, the plugin provides further options to customize the slider for mobiles and tablets. Since version 6 you have the option to display layers only on certain devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). This new feature gives you the option to create separate layers and layouts for mobile and desktop view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device. Furthermore, you also have the option to set a minimum font size for texts on mobiles.

Regarding the menu (or other part of the page), those are not controlled by the slider. They are most likely related to your theme or builder. So I'd recommend to look around in the theme/builder settings to adjust it.
