Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

    From time to time, when I visit the site, all I will get is just text of the images and no images at all!

    When this happened I've checked in Chrome,Firefox,Edge. It happens across all 3.

    I go into the plug in and all I do is save the slide again, and it seem to fix it a short time. I few days, to a couple of weeks.

    I believe that there is something interfering with the availability of the images. Could you please check if they are still properly accessible, or if their image paths are correct ? You could even try to re-add them to see if that works. 
    Or alternatively it could be a cache/synchronization/backup solution that is resetting back the slider to an earlier state or falsely caching the images. Please also check whether you use any of the above mentioned methods/solutions on your site.
