Hi, this has happened multiple times. I notice the sliders aren't working, go to the WP Admin, and discover that LayerSlider is not installed, even though it should be.
When I attempt to reinstall, I get the following message:
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
This shouldn't happen normally and there is no such issue in the plugin, so most likely a 3rd party item is generating this problem on your installation. Please try to look for any synchronization/backup/cache solution that could be interfering with the plugin installation. You can also try to temporary disable 3rd party plugins/themes to see if that helps.

Destination folder already exists. /home/content/a2pewpnaspod04_data02/29/41182429/html/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/
Plugin installation failed.
Why is this happening, and how can I prevent it?
