Yes, that seems to be the case. The PHP ZipArchive extension is needed ffor the import/export methods. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to install/enable it on your site.
I'm trying to download/import templates from the LayerSlider Templates site & even though the download starts nothing download - https://kineticproduct.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=layerslider . Can I download from another location?
