Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I have a slider on a homepage and it's on a white background.

The problem with it is that it starts displaying only after scrolling too much. Until then one might think the region is empty. I cannot find the setting to make the content fade in sooner, like when 5 or 10 % of the slider comes in view (now it fades in at about 50%).

I'm sure this can be set but I just can't find the relevant setting. Please help, pointing me exactly to the solution, if possible. Thank you

    Hello ravishi,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Unfortunately you cannot change the trigger point inside the slider for the Start only in viewport option. It will be triggered at the center of the slider. However you can enable the Auto-start slideshow if you want the slider to play immediately/sooner.

    Thank you for explaining that...

Do you think that it's time for such a control for the sliders? I know some competing slider plugins have this control and it's really useful as the 50%-in-viewport trigger is not suitable for every scenario.

My slider has no delay set for the beginning of the animations, but it's a full-screen size slider, so the elements simply appear too late in the page.

Thank you for your feedback. We will consider this addition to the plugin for future releases.

Additionally, you can use the Time Shift option to change the starting point of the slide animation, to sync it better with the content/layers.
