    Hello, 

    I'm the webmaster of this site and this is the purchase code from Mr. Epstein's account when we purchased this product. We only activated it on this site listed in the form and what had happened was he site had a bad bug so I rebuilt it and now when I go to add the code back in it's saying this code is in use. We have not added this code or plugin on any other site. I have deleted the old damage site and it's database from the hosting and not sure what else I can do to fix this.

    Sorry for just getting back you you, but I went to that link and signed in using envato and all it did was take me to the main account page, it does not show the plugin I want to reset. When I go to code canyon I find the plugin in the downloads but no option to reset the key. 

    Please give me a step by step on how to reset the key when you have a minute. Thanks

    You don't reset the license on Envato. You have have to be logged with the Envato account that was used for the purchase. After that you open the link I've sent and you do the reset there.

    Yes, I understand that Miss. But when I click on the link you provided it prompts me to sign in through Envato and says it will import all the plugins that are available for reset. I sign in and it goes to the Envato account with all the developers listed. No matter what I do I cannot seem to navigate to any page to reset the key on your site. This is where I'm lost.

    I've reset your license manually in our database. You should be able to use it again now.
