Each button on the slider has a link attached to it but only the button underneath "Welcome to Dignity Care" is functioning. I have set the slide linking underneath the layers.

The problem is that your middle layer is overlapping the other ones with links set on them. Please see attached screenshot. You will need to rearrange them to move the linked ones on top.
