Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

My slider worked perfectly with jquery version 2.2.4 but fails with version 3.  I understand that V3 breaks some older jQuery scripts.  Please advise.

    Dear Ascend12,

Please open a separate ticket for your case and explain the problem there. Thank you.

    Hi Attila,

Apparently the integrity code attached to the download file from https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.3.1.js was corrupted.  Once I deleted that code, LS worked OK.  So, we can close this ticket.

I was happy to pay your support fee even if I've not needed help for the current upgrade of my site - but I might!

In any event, I really appreciate the fact that you keep maintaining your code and it's only fair to pay the support fee now and then even if not urgently needed.  Thanks for your product and keeping it up to date.  It works great for me!
