We have tried EVERY option in the Options>advanced tab, one at a time
The current theme is Divi 3.2.2, however we have tried with TwentySeventeen and the issue persists
We have tried disabling ALL plugins except LayerSlider and the problem persists
We have tried opening the slider and re-saving the settings
This slide show previously worked but we can not get it to work with latest version of LayerSlider. we actually tried reverting to an earlier version of LayerSlider, but that didn't fix it either. Can you take a look and let us know if there is anything else we can try?
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today.
I would like to confirm that we have received your message. Due to the nature of the issue you are experiencing, I will have to contact and consult with the development team first. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
We appreciate your patience while we're working towards your ticket.
It's been 6 days since I posted this. It took you 3 days just to say you needed the login, which I provided. Now it's 2 more days and still no response. We have bought DOZENS of copies of LayerSlider for client projects and this is the first time we've ever asked for support. Can someone answer this post?!?
We're sorry for the delayed response, rough week behind us.
You mentioned that you use Cloudflare. Are you also using its Rocketscript feature ? Rocketscript is a method used to compress and asynchronously load scripts on page and it could easily conflict with LayerSlider, as it also interferes with jQuery. The workaround/option for this in the Advanced tab should help in most cases, but not always unfortunately.
Also, I've passed the login details to the dev team. They will look into this in depth and get back to you with the results asap. Thank you for your patience.
The dev team recommended that you update the plugin to the latest release. We've included multiple improvements and fixes to the most recent version and they believe that it should help.
We've solved the problem. The issue was that the first slide was set to #1. The # character is not valid, so it had to be removed. It should work now, but you might need to empty cache.
Hi, we are getting a jquery error on the page and the slider is not displaying. More info:

The dev team has asked for a WP login. Could you please set up a temporary user for us so we can investigate this further from the back-end ?

We installed the latest version and it had no effect. Is there anything else we can try?
Thank you for the feedback. I'll check in with the dev team again to see what they recommend.
