I have purchased a bundled theme that included Layer Slider. I have since purchased a separate license for LS. When trying to reinstall and activate the plugin, I am receiving an error. I have thoroughly followed up with BLue HOst on the matter and they are saying I need to speak with you as there are no server issues.
