Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Your sliders have Hide under 567 applied on them. This is why they do not appear on smaller screens. You can remove this in the Slider Settings.
Thank you for your patience. We believe that the WPBakery plugin is interfering and causing this error. Unfortunately it uses completely different solutions and CSS styles to hide the slider, resulting in this conflict. We'd recommend to only set it in the slider's settings and don't use WPBakery for it.
I've checked your site and the bottom slider does appear on mobile for me. Please see attached screenshot.
The top slider that is set to hide over 567 and should swap out the other one is indeed not appearing on small screens, but the problem must be something else as the bottom one works with similar settings. Where and how exactly did you insert it ? Is it in the same element/block that the desktop slider ? I believe its parent element is not correct.
Thank you for the feedback. The problem is likely related to the implementation of the slider with the VC builder, but we'll investigate this further to locate the exact issue and get back to you.
The dev team looked into it, but they didn't find any issue now. On desktop the ID#13 slider is appearing, while on mobile (or on a small screen) the ID#17 slider. Did you manage to fix it in the meantime ?
Hello,
I cannot seem to get my slider to show up on my mobile site? I used an imported mobile template as a guide so not sure why it's not working.
Thanks!!

You should be able to do that with the earlier mentioned Hide under and Hide over options.
