I want to import layer slider templates from the template store. I have tried several different ones and nothing happens. I even waited for an hour and the icon for LayerSlider just keeps spinning. Can someone please give me a solution? I have already wasted so much time on this.
I fixed it without any help from anyone! Many people are having an issue because they don't have the Zip Archive PHP installed on their server. I had that and it still did not work.
For anyone who has a godaddy account you may have to go into your cPanel and find the option Select PHP Version and make sure the "zip" option is checked in the list. After I did this, the template was installed! Cheers!!
