    I've just activated the pluggin , but it seems that the video on the homepage doesn't work still.

    As I can see the slider itself is not set to auto-start, so with the slideshow paused, the video will not play either. You will need to enable the Auto-start slideshow option in the Slider Settings.

    Sorry but the auto start is on since ever and i never changed it. It's only now that we get the slide not running, even if we press play!

    It's really urgent

    Thank you for your feedback. The front-end showed differently, so there might be some interference that causes this. Unfortunately I'm not able to login to your admin to check the back-end as well. The http://www.capferratwatersports.com/wp-admin/ just navigates us to an empty page, no login window. How exactly can we login ?

    Thank you. I've tested it further and the autoplay only fails in Chrome. If you try it with another browser the video will be played properly.

    The reason for this is Google Chrome 66's Autoplay Policy Change. Google introduced new browser restrictions, which will prevent automatic video/audio playback in certain situations. Autoplay is now allowed only when either the media won't play sound, after the user clicks or taps on the site, or (on desktop) if the user has previously shown an interest in media on the site. 

    Another follow-up update will arrive soon from us, which will provide further options to mitigate these restrictions. Since it's governed by the browser, there is no way to restore the previous behavior. However, we can supply alternate options like autoplaying muted videos where visitors can restore sound with a separate button.
