I bought LayerSlider 02 sep 2017 .Use Betheme with 'DECOR' in child . Support was expired. Bought a new one his morning. Can't activate, because i got no purchase code.on my receipt.Need supprot ti activate, because I got message that I can not activate ist. What is wrong? Please help me

Your theme and LayerSlider are two different items, so you cannot use one license for the other.
You can find your Purchase Code for LayerSlider in the email received upon the purchase. You can also download your license certificate from CodeCanyon at any time. Just navigate to your Downloads page, then find LayerSlider and choose the License certificate & purchase code option from Download button. Your Purchase Code is inside the downloaded text file.
The license is not in the invoices, but in the plugin license txt, that you have also attached. You should look for that or for the email.
Also, we have launched a site that you can use to manage and reset the activations of your purchase code, please refer to the following URL: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations With this you can remove older sites that are no longer used.
Yes, you need an Envato account to use that site, as the license information can only be pulled from the Envato account that was used for the purchase.
I've reset your license in our database now so you can use it again, but I'd recommend to sort out the issues related to your account as it might come handy in the future.

I tried that what you have written, it is only shown one licence, and this is the old one from last year. And this doesen't work.

I have made only one site with wordpress: www.blumen-falk.de
I use child theme 'Decor' and I don't know, where there should be an other site.
Does the reset mean to deaktive the whole site or only the plugin 'Layerslider'
It only deactivates the license, so you can use it again. It won't touch anything else.
I want to go to kreaturamedia , but the I have nerver got a confirmation email after creating my account to envato, which they need.

Now I found two mails in 'junkemail' , but nothing works.
If I want to sign up to envato directly; it works.
But I get not connection from kreatura to envato
