Apologies, I cannot provide a related URL as my site is in maintenance mode. However, please see attached image. The embed has been set for this video and initially, it works. However when I refresh the page it just sits on the screen you can see. Layer 1 (the video) does not play and only shows a play button which is not interactive by the way. However Layer 2 works, and the "Welcome" slowly phases in.
This is a block in my development currently and I need to get this slider in to continue the page.

Unfortunately we cannot troubleshoot this issue from screenshots only. Could you please set up a temporary test page where we can check on this ? Or some kind of access to the site would do as well.
Thanks for your reply - I managed to get the slider working perfectly now using Elementor Pro. It seems that when I embed the slider using WPBakery, it does not work. To be honest, I have found WPBakery to be complete rubbish! And I recommend anyone who is trying to slide plugins in nicely to a site, to use Elementor - much easier to navigate.

Update, I have also got the auto play feature turned on.
Sorry, but to confuse matters more - when I go into "WPBakery Live Page Builder" the slider works, just not on the live page itself.
Please see attached, after exiting page builder the video played fine - refreshed the page, and it stopped and broke again.
