Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hello Support Team,
LayerSlider is working fine and I am very happy with it. I recently renewed my homepage and placed a slider on it - but it is not shown on mobile. Can you help me with that issue?
Thank you very much!
Best Regards, Oliver
Hello Oliver,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
There are jQuery errors (jQuery is not defined) on your site. This usually means that your jQuery is not loaded or not in the right way. LayerSlider needs it be loaded in the header to be able to display the slider properly.
If you're not familiar with jQuery you can try to use the Put JS includes to body advanced setting to see if that helps.
Please also check if you're using the Rocketscript feature of Cloudflare, as it interferes with jQuery therefore our plugin.
Hello Attila,
thanks for your response regarding the above mentioned problem.
I am not using the Rocketscript feature of Cloudflare, so I tried to change the settings by using the "Put JS includes body" section, but it did not help.
So I checked the plugin "WP Rocket" and disabled "Remove Query-Strings from static resources" and now everything is working fine with mobile devices.
Best Regards!
Thank you for the feedback, glad you could solve the problem. If you need further assistance please let us know.
