Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello poteetshouse,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

That rotating cube is related to your theme/page builder. The slider is being swapped out for that cube on mobiles. This swap is not initiated by LayerSlider, so I'd recommend to contact your theme author with this case. They should be able to provide you with further details.

I found the plugin that caused the issue.. My question is now why isn't my slider showing on mobile view while i have it set to show and optimize for that format.

    Thanks

The slider is being hidden by your theme. As I can see your theme is loading a different page layout for mobiles and that one does not include the slider. I'd recommend to look around in the theme/page builder settings. There should an option to adjust this or you could try to add the slider to the mobile layout as well.
