Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
What issue are you experiencing exactly with it ? Please describe the problem in more details.
The problem is with qtranslate plugin used in a text layer of LayerSlider. The problem appeared with the upgrade of the LayerSlider plugin. the qtranslate shortcodes for different languages, e.g. [:en] and [:no] are not recognized as shortcodes anymore - they are output as simple text on frontend (http://www.seriousfun.no)
Thank you for your patience. Please try to disable the WP admin sidebar -> LayerSlider -> Options -> Advanced -> Use slider markup caching option. We believe that it should help with this case.
You could also check the LayerSlider System Status to see if there are any related notifications.
Hi,
after I purchased the full version, the multilanguages do not work. What should I do?
