    My theme is Enfold, ( not child )

    I thinks Layerslider came bundled with this theme

    But I did purchase and install the plugin LayerSlider last version - 

    when I activate the plugin, it puts down website with error 500 server


    by now, I have rename the Layerslider plugin folder so that my website can run again

    how can I fix this problem ? is it a conflict between the previous bundled version and the new purchased one ?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    First, you will need to completely remove the bundled version, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation. 

    After that I'd recommend to manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider.

    Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.
