MOBILE Slider Formatting

Bought a wordpress template that came with your plugin installed but, I went ahead and bought a full license because, I'll have many questions and, I already have one minor issue.

I'm used to working with Slider Revolution and, the MOBILE formatting is very straight forward and unambiguous. That is not to say yours isn't however, I just have NOT been able to figure out how to make the slider on mobile devices display properly. They are tiny, and, aesthetically, make no sense to keep this way.

My issue is - How do I get optimal formatting for BOTH desktop AND mobile devices? I've attached a couple of screenshots. One is from a site (rbts.summitgroupsites.com) I'm developing using Slider Revolution - as you can see, the slide fills the entire screen on my iphone x, is properly formatted, everything is nice and large (readable), whereas the Layer Slide (primacares.com), well, it's just, no...no good.

Very much appreciated and, it would be perfect if you could help me make the sliders look just like this website on mobile devices (hehehe) - https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com (looks SO good on mobile!!!)

    Hello JPoissonFL,

On mobiles the size and layout of the slider changes and gets scaled by the responsive mode. The layers' position could be calculated differently because of that, and it might result in overlapping layers in some case. There are two methods that you can utilize to adjust this.

Since version 6 you have the option to display layers only on certain devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). This new feature gives you the option to create separate layers and layouts for mobile and desktop view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device. Furthermore, you also have the option to set a minimum font size for texts on mobiles.

Additionally to the device specific layers, you could also build two sliders with different sizes or with different content for desktop / mobile, include them both to the site, and only display them (using the Hide over and Hide under options) on the required device.

    Hi George K,

Thank you for such a fast reply! Would you happen to have detailed instructions on how to create the separate layers for mobile devices, hiding for mobile/desktop, etc.? I just started using layer slider yesterday, so still very green. Any step by step instructions to get the slides optimized on mobile devices would be absolutely appreciated!
