Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     Hello,

    I just activated this in hopes of being able to import from the themes store. But every time I try to do so I get an error and it tells me to disable plugins and themes or "

    Your HTTP server thrown the following error: 

     HTTP/2.0 504"

    What is wrong? Very displeased and considering requesting a refund since I paid for something that's not working any differently from how it was working on my site.

    Dear Matt,

    Problems with importing templates are usually related to server configuration issues.

    Please check LayerSlider -> Options -> System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems.

    System Status will most likely show what's causing the issue and by contacting your server hosting provider they can make the necessary adjustments. Alternatively, you can also ask your host to check the PHP error log, from which they can tell the source of the issue. We would gladly help, but unfortunately only the host can access the log files and change server settings.

    I can assure you that this is a localized issue and can be solved. LayerSlider is used on 2 million websites without an issue like this.
