I purchased the Jupiter theme and have it installed, and I wanted to import the free 'simple slider' but it isn't importing, the flashing import layerslider logo just keeps flashing.
How can I fix this or where can I download the slider and then upload/import it?

Please check LayerSlider -> Options -> System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems. Retrying the import might also help.
System Status will most likely show what's causing the issue and by contacting your server hosting provider they can make the necessary adjustments quickly.
Hosts rarely offer a way to install PHP extensions, so you will most likely need to contact your server hosting company and ask them to make the necessary changes. If you tell them that you need the PHP ZipArchive extension they will know what to do. It's important to note that this is not the PEAR Archive_Zip package.
