Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Layer Slider Template Store Not Importing

    I am trying to import a slider template from the template store but it just keeps showing the Importing load icon.

    Dear Klgs0106,

    Problems with the importing templates are usually related to server configuration issues.

    Please check LayerSlider -> Options -> System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems. Retrying the import might also help.

    System Status will most likely show what's causing the issue and by contacting your server hosting provider they can make the necessary adjustments.
