Unfortunately there is no such option available in the plugin at the moment. However you could set up a similar effect with the following workaround. Copy all of your slides and add them after the current ones but in a reverse order: slide 1 -> slide 2 -> slide 3 -> slide 2 -> slide 1. And if you set the slideshow to loop, it should create the result you need.

Just a question : it is possible to loop a slideshow with auto-reverse ?
Start >>> play normal > to > The End >>> play Reverse > to >Start >> Restart ( in loop)

OK finally I can reverse the animated part with the Yoyo effect, thank you for all, Layer Slider is a very great Help.
