I have a popup slider with this selector (#vetrina). I would like to open the popup at the click through a simple href, as shown in the attached images.

Using an URL is not really a good approach in this case, as clicking on an URL navigates the page, interfering with the popup. Regardless, you could try to set it up by adding #demopopup to the URL field and enter [href="#demopopup"] to the open by click field.
At the moment popup sliders cannot be scrolled. You will need to resize the content inside or the slider itself to make it fit. You could also use device specific layers to adjust this.
