Slider does not appear on this test page. I've also attached an image of the WP editor for our homepage. It shows another LayerSlider (name is Mobil) in the content portion and a Revolution Slider in the Page Slider Options Section at the bottom. On desktop the slider is Revolution, and I don't know what it is on Mobil display.
I didn't build this site, and can't go deactivating other plug-ins and switching themes, even only temporarily. Need help or documentation to resolve this. I just bought the new version b/c I thought that was the issue.

As I can see there is only one slider created with LayerSlider inserted to the URL you provided. And it is set to be hidden over 850px. That is why it only appears on smaller screens.
You would either need to add another slider for desktop that will be visible over 850px, or remove the mentioned option in the Slider Settings so the current slider will be visible on all screens.
