Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hi
I have the serious problem of not being able to enable transitions, once they have been disabled!
Best regards
Bjørn
Hello Bjørn,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.7.1.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue.
To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any related error messages that could provide more information.
But how can any specific plug in affect, a single function within the LayerSlider interface?
It seems strange, and also as far as I can tell, it seems like I'm not the only one who's experiencing this problem!
Unfortunately 3rd party themes (and sometimes plugins) can easily affect LayerSlider or one of its methods. There could be multiple reasons for this.
Have you followed up with the instructions from my previous message ?
