We were not able to determine the exact issue from the front-end. Could you please set up a temporary WP login for us so we can investigate the back-end as well ? Thank you.
We've exported your slider to our demo installation, tested it and it was working fine. The issue did not happen for us, so it seems to be a localized issue on your end, most likely a conflict with a 3rd party item.
Please temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see what causes this conflict.
i brought a Layer slide template which i cant import. when i go to import slides and i upload the zip nothing happens.

Hello, i do have a problem with the slides. The mobile home page slider when loaded on a mobile device looks like this
(see attached).
once you touch the screen on the mobile device it restores to normal. ie. you can see the whole image. how can this be rectified?

Thank you, but this user does not seem to have any permissions. We cannot access LayerSlider or anything on the admin.
