Video not playing, slider stuck on loading (LayerSlider 6.7.1)

    After recent update my sliders containing YouTube video (as background or otherwise) are not playing anymore. 

    Slider is stuck at loading indicator.

    Vimeo video is working fine.

    In admin (layerslider editor) video is working fine, but in website front does not. 

    There are no console log error shown.

    Hello again,

    Thank you for your patience. We believe that the problem is that your theme directly loads the YouTube iframe API: <script type='text/javascript' src='https://www.youtube.com/iframe_api?ver=4.9.4'></script>

    LayerSlider also uses it, and they are likely conflicting. Could you please try to disable/remove this method from your theme to see if that helps ?

    Hi, 

    you where right, that was the problem.

    After removing YouTube iframe API js link from theme "functions.php" LayerSlider started working again with youtube videos.
