I purchased LayerSlider and Slider Revolution yesterday.
I couldn't activated LayerSlider, it says it is being used on another site. Which is not true!!! I did not try to install on any other site. (I tried three times to install on my site before WordPress would accept it.)
I need to be able to activate or get my money back so I can purchase it again.
(I was successful at activating the Slider Revolution yesterday.)

I've checked the purchase data and you've purchased LayerSlider on March 7, not yesterday. Also, you've already activated the plugin on www.floorplanart.com. That is why you can't use the license again. You will need to remove it from the earlier installation or you can also use our online tool to reset the activations of your purchase code, please refer to the following URL: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations
I also purchased it yesterday. So I guess I purchased it twice without knowing. Anyway, our site crashed a couple of weeks ago and GoDaddy completely deleted it and re-instated a new blank site. They deleted all the previous plug ins. since I purchased it twice, I for sure should be able to activated it
