I have a custom post type setup which should feed slides. Currently I can only do this manually. Is there a way to automatically create slides for new post in same category or slug like a testimonials section? The client does not need to go through the Layerslider dashboard just to add new slides.

Unfortunately there is no option to automatically create slides for new posts. The dynamic content feature can only be utilized for existing layers/slides. The content will be dynamically switched in existing layers/slides, but it won't set up new ones.

The dynamic content feature is used to automatically change content depending on the posts you add/order/filter and that is what LayerSlider does. You can set up layers that will dynamically change their content from new posts, depending on your settings. This is how the plugin works and we didn't advertise it otherwise.
Regarding the refund, our records show that you've already downloaded, installed the item and its exclusive features on your website. Given the nature of digital goods, it's not possible to "return" them. Therefore we cannot provide you with a refund in this case. The Market Refund Policy is regulated by Envato. It is unfortunate your plugin cannot do this. I use Revolution Slider to create new slides via new post and it works. Like a testimonial slider where it gets updated a lot. The client just have to create a new post to add or remove slide with the template set. I just tried your plugin, I thought it was good until this issue. I would hold recommending your plugin to my clients. I suggest you update it to work with posts to slide feature. Let me know when you have it done. It is a very simple update.
