Problem with updating Layerslider

    Hi,


    I want to import a slider from the template store, but I get this issue: 


    Plugin update required

    This slider template requires a newer version of LayerSlider in order to work properly. This is due to additional features introduced in a later version than you have. For updating instructions, please refer to our online documentation.


    I tried to go to both the dashboard and the plugins but no update was available.


    How can I update to the newest version? Do I have to delete the layerslider and reinstall it?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    I'd recommend to manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider. 

    You will need to completely remove the current version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation. After that you can proceed with installing the newest release.

    Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.

    Hi,


    I have uninstalled the layerslider and downloadet and activated the purchased plugin. When I try to activate the plugin with my purchase code I get the message that the code has already been used even though it is the same website I am using and I have deinstalled the old plugin Where I activated the plugin with the purchase code


    Can you please provide me with a new pucrhase code or make my current purchase code unused plz?


    This is really annoying!
