Why do the text layers jump or shift up and to the left 1 pixel and back during the rendering of every slide? It's not a huge deal but didn't know if the slide could render without text layers moving? My client isn't liking the movement.

The jump is generated by the filter (blur 5px) that you've applied on the layers. If you remove them the jump will cease. This option is located in the Transitions tab, as I can see it's applied on all layers both as opening and ending transition.
