    I went to update the Layerslider on https://thrivehealthptbo.ca but got the following message:

    "LayerSlider product activation was canceled on this site

    You’ve previously activated your copy of LayerSlider on this site to receive plugin updates, use exclusive features and access to premium templates in the Template Store. However, your activation was canceled and you can no longer enjoy these benefits. There are a number of potential reasons why this could happen, the common ones include: you’ve remotely deactivated your site using our online tools or asked us to do the same on your behalf; your purchase have been refunded or the transaction disputed; Envato have revoked your purchase code with an undisclosed reason. "

    Envato tells me it was you who deactivated it. This is becoming a really annoying time-suck for me. Please fix it.

    Please note that we did not deactivate your installation, this banner only appeared as a result of the activation check that we have implemented, to avoid any anomalies related to stuck activations. If it appeared for you, it means that there were problems with the plugin activation on that installation even before this notification. If you have 6.6.8 or newer version of LayerSlider installed, all you need to do is re-activate the license in the product activation box.

    I am running version 6.6.7 and I have tried to activate my license but when I enter my purchase code I receive the following message:

    "This purchase code is already being used on another site. You can still use it for activating development mirrors, but each live site requires its own license. Enter another purchase code or deactivate sites before trying to add new ones."

    The license is not being used on any of my sites. I have checked them all. How can I resolve this? I don't want to provide my purchase code on this public forum and I can't submit a support ticket because it says my support option has expired? I feel stuck.

    Same story as Brian, with the same message. Also, I had activated Layerslider and had updated it to 6.6.8 — so it had once been successfully activated.

    Please read my previous message carefully and use the link to the site where you can reset your license from any earlier installation. In case you need further assistance please open a new private ticket. Thank you.

    Barry,

    I've checked your purchase code and it is still activated on your dev site back from January. I've reset your license now in our database. Please navigate to the product activation area of the plugin on your live site, remove the license if it's showing there, and add it again.

    Barry, I don't know if this will help but I resolved my issue using this link: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations/

    Assuming you have an Envato account, you can login and view where your licenses are being used. You have the ability to deactivate the license and then you can use the purchase code to reactivate.

    Hi,

    I bought the Theme TheGem from envato. The theme have LayerSlider premium plugin along with the purchase. The website also shows that the plugin is activated. But I am also receiving the same error. I cannot reset the slider and reactivate since I don't have Activation Key. Please help me. Kindly see the Plugin details from the screenshot and help me solve this issue.
