Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     I just purchased the SMART IT theme - It had included LayerSlider for Word Press.  


    I am unable to activate it - or deactivate the LayerSlider Plugin. 

    When I try to activate I get the following message:

    Fatal Error:  
    Warning: include(/home/content/a2pewpnaspod04_data05/48/41688948/html/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/classes/class.ls.posts.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/a2pewpnaspod04_data05/48/41688948/html/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/layerslider.php on line 69

    I then purchased the plugin from you on envato market - not sure if i needed to purchase as i thought it was included with my smartIT theme. 

    Please assist me - thank you very much.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    Unfortunately some themes are restricting the update and/or activation method of the plugin that could result in problems like this.

    I'd recommend to manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider. 

    You will need to completely remove the bundled version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation. 

    Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.
