Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hi, I recently had an issue with the domain name on my hosted website. Managed to resolve the issue but somehow we lost our LayerSlider Premium! Okay now back story, we own three domains:
- cpshouston.net
- cps-houston.com
- cpshouston.co
Just one website. They actually work as a forward to the one website. I was working on cpshouston.net as a test environment but started to have conflicts in our local network so I had to change the site url to cpshouston.co and in that process Layer Slider became unlicensed. I need to fix this as we did pay for it and are only using it for our one website. Please tell me what I can do to fix the problem?

Hello bernardohouston,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
We have launched a site that you can use to manage and reset the activations of your purchase code, please refer to the following URL: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations You can use this to reset old/no longer active sites to use the license again.
Regarding the dev site activations. The plugin automatically identifies development environments. They are the following:
- the site URL is an IP address;
- has no TLD (e.g. localhost, local, etc.)
- the TLD or subdomain has a typical name (e.g. dev, test, local, stage, staging, etc.)
- is on a whitelist (e.g. *.staging.wpengine.com)
Your dev site needs to fall under one of these categories to work.
Thank you so much for the prompt response! I was able to get activated again and have my website working properly. Awesome service!!
Thank you for the feedback, glad you could solve the problem. If you need further assistance please let us know.
