Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Layer Slider is workingon staging: http://15v.f29.myftpupload.com/
But not on production site: www.gemmagardens.com
What do I need to do?
I thought my license covered staging and production... Attached are screen grabs of the message that was posted. Hoping to do whatever I need to get this resolved and working on production. I just disabled the plug-in in staging... (Do I have to?)
Okay - I'ver re-read the license, and it looks like I can have one production and up to three development sites... How do I let you know / authenticate my staging URL? Also, I've already deactivated the staging, but the production site says I still have it running elsewhere...
Hello smithandtruslow,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
We have launched a site that you can use to manage and reset the activations of your purchase code, please refer to the following URL: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations
Thank you - the production site now working! So happy.
Question: am I able to keep the layer sider activated on the staging site I provided you with earlier? The one I just deactivated in order for the production to work?
You can activate the plugin up to 3 development sites. The plugin automatically identifies development environments. They are the following:
- the site URL is an IP address;
- has no TLD (e.g. localhost, local, etc.)
- the TLD or subdomain has a typical name (e.g. dev, test, local, stage, staging, etc.)
- is on a whitelist (e.g. *.staging.wpengine.com)
If your development site(s) fall under any of these categories, you can activate them too, at the same time.
