Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello juanhck,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

The slider builder interface is only available for  the WP version of LayerSlider. This is the standalone jQuery release for non-WordPress sites. You can find the WordPress version on the following URL: http://codecanyon.net/item/layerslider-responsive-wordpress-slider-plugin-/1362246

If you would like to get a refund for this item, we kindly ask you to purchase the WordPress version and open a refund request on the official Envato channel for the mistaken purchase so we can accept it.

    Hi!

But no i dont want the WP version since the site is not using it, having a visual editor was the main reason of why I bought it as advertised, you mean there is no other way of creating slides on the jQuery version than coding?

  • [deleted] replied

Please note that the jQuery version was never advertised with an admin interface. It is the standalone release of the plugin, that requires coding to create content.

We can still offer you a refund if you are not planning to use the item.

Well, it was kinda catchy since i saw it on the website and then on small print in the last line it says its only for WP. Will you have it released anytime soon for the standalone version?

I regret buying it now, but i understand its also my fault.

    Thank you

We are planning to release the slider builder interface for the jQuery version as well, but it's still farther away.
