    Hi Support Team,

    i can not reactivate my licence after deinstalling the plugin. I always have to deinstalle the plugin to make an update, because there is something wrong. I now i can not reactivate it (see attached issue).

    Can you help?

    We have launched a site that you can use to manage and reset the activations of your purchase code, please refer to the following URL: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations

    With this you can remove any earlier/no longer used activations, and use the license again.
