    Hello sathamhussain,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I believe that there is something wrong with the availability of the images. Could you please check if they are still accessible, or if their image paths are correct ? You could even try to re-add them to see if that works.
Or alternatively it could be a synchronization/backup solution that is resetting back the slider to an earlier state or falsely caching the images. Please check whether you use any of the above mentioned methods/solutions on your site.

Regarding the activation, please note that we did not deactivate your installation, this banner only appeared as a result of the activation check that we have implemented, to avoid any anomalies related to stuck activations. If it appeared for you, it means that there were problems with the plugin activation on that installation even before this notification. If you have 6.6.8 or newer version of LayerSlider installed, all you need to do is re-activate the license in the product activation box. You can also find additional information on this in the documentation: https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html#canceled-activation

Again i am getting reactivation for another site.i reactivated again and make feel so uneasy .Can i get the proper support for the product .I need the solution and i cant reactivate again and again. Please understand my situation and try to give the solution.Hope u will solve the issue

    Thanks

As mentioned in my previous response, this is the result of the automated activation check that we have implemented to the plugin not long ago, to avoid any anomalies related to stuck activations.

There was most likely a problem with the activation on that installation as well, if the banner appeared. Please verify that you have 6.6.8 or newer version of LayerSlider installed there as well. If not, please update it, and if yes, you need to re-activate the license in the product activation section.

We're sorry about these inconveniences, but this automated method is to filter, locate and help with stuck activations. So you do not experience problems related to it, like failed updates.

As I've mentioned in my first reply, there is most likely an issue with the availability of the images. This shouldn't happen under normal circumstances.

Have you followed up on my suggestions and check what I recommended ?

  • sathamhussain replied

I did.Pictured are in place. My issue is its not stable and could see the pictures  now after two days disappears .And again i need to open dashboard and view the site after its working no other changes needed. Please understand this issue and let me know the solution

I very much understand what you're saying. However as I've mentioned this shouldn't happen normally, so something is generating this problem on your installation. That is why I asked you to look for any synchronization/backup/cache solution that could be interfering with the images and their path.
Did you look into this ? You can also try to temporary disable 3rd party plugins/themes to see if that helps.

Also, I do not see any image attached to your messages.

Can you be more specific about  " look for any synchronization/backup/cache solution that could be interfering with the images and their path" and I have uninstalled some unwanted third  party plugins/themes.but still its same

  • [deleted] replied

Unfortunately I am not familiar with your WP installation or the products on it, so I cannot tell exactly, but you should look for any of the mentioned methods. It could be related to a plugin, a script or even a theme option. Basically you should look around if there is anything that interferes with your installation in a way where it resets the images, for example caching them, or creating backups and synchronizing automatically with an older version of it.

In the meantime as a possible workaround, you could also try to use the 'Use relative URLs' option in the Slider Settings -> Misc tab of the corresponding slider.

    Dear sathamhussain,

The problem you are experiencing is not generated by LayerSlider. It's an external issue, either caused by a 3rd party item, or by a server setting/method. The support obligations of Envato do not cover dealing with 3rd party issues that fall outside of our plugin, yet we are here trying to help you.

Please set up a temporary WP login, we might be able to tell more from checking the back-end.

  • sathamhussain replied

I could understand your point but all other plugins and application are working fine only i am getting  issues from  layer slider .I have followed all your intruction and check all third party plugins setting everything still the issue are there.I appreciate your support i will share your my credential asap .

We've investigated this and the images seemed to be working, the slider loaded its images. Regardless, your site is full of IP addresses. It seems like you are loading a lot of URLs through a single IP address instead of the domain, and that might not even be available anymore. This could result in the problem you are experiencing. Also, if you've moved your site earlier, then it's possible that the migration was not perfect. Or there is something running on your server that sets the images back, for example CRON job, backup software, etc. It is not necessarily a plugin that causes this. A shared database could also be responsible for this.
