The export should generate a ZIP file, so I'm not sure why you're getting cdv. What version of the plugin are you using ?
The export feature works properly in the plugin, as you've also confirmed it on the other installation. So it is most likely a localized conflict issue on this one, and I'm trying to help you troubleshoot it.
Have you also tried to switch to a default WP theme to see if this is a theme conflict ?
I HAVE GOT TWO WEBSIDES LEROS.ONLINE AND DODECA.ONLINE WITH THE SAME PACKAGING PLUG_IN ; ONLY THEME ARE DIFFERENTS ; AVADA FOR THE BAD LAYER WP and Grand photography for the good with your theme...
Then it seems like the problem is related to the Avada theme. Please temporary switch to a default WordPress theme and try to export a slider that way to see if that works.

This is the production when I click on the Export on the slider what I want export..
The plugin has a built-in export/import system. You should use that instead. It will give you a ZIP file that you can import to another installation.

Yes I use it like your topic. But your export module make me an cdv file !!!! nothing else
That is indeed strange. In that case I believe something might be affecting the plugin's import/export system.
Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any related error messages or notifications.
This is the check of the layer WP which product my export fil in cdv
with the other website I have no problem to export..

Unfortunately it will most likely be a 3rd party conflict on your installation then.
Please temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme, and try to export that way, to see if that solves the issue.
