Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
I am using the leave intent setting for an email subscription popup on my client's blog. I want it to popup once every thirty days at the end of their first page view in a session. Right now it does that, however, once the popup is dismissed, it reappears when the user goes back up to close the browser, over and over. How can I adjust the settings to fix this, so it only pops up the first time the user attempts to leave.
Ive attached a screen shot of the current settings used.
Thank you.
Hello williammalcolmmedia3,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Your settings look good on the screenshot. Could you please set up a temporary WP login for us so we can investigate this from the back-end ?
Thank you. My colleagues and I will look into this to see if we can find anything, and get back to you shortly.
Thank you for your patience. You will need to enable the Prevent reopening option in the Popup settings. This will adjust the popup slider to the required leave intent.
