    Hello TripShooter,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.7.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation, as the System Status does not show any error.

To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately the user you've set up does not have any rights, we cannot access anything with it. Please set up some permissions for us to investigate the problem.

Thank you for your patience. The report that you've copied earlier does not seem to be relevant to this. The 2 errors that you mentioned are false positive. LayerSlider is fully compatible with PHP7.2, we've tested it with the latest subversion as well.

The problem you are experiencing is most likely caused by a PHP error, but currenty the exact error message is not visible as the WP debug mode is not enabled. Please try to enable it and look for any PHP errors in the logs that could provide more information.

If you're not familiar with it, we can also look into it after you enabled the WP debug mode.
